Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Standard Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery location.

  • Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days once handed over to the carrier.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

Order Tracking

Once your package ships, please allow up to 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information. You can use the link in your confirmation email to follow your package’s journey.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Saige Botanicals is not responsible for postal carrier delays, lost packages, or packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

  • If your package is lost or delayed, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number. If you need assistance with claim details, feel free to reach out to us.

Incorrect Shipping Address
